HISTORY:
Mills & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1980 (incorporated in 1984) by Lawrence E. Mills, a professional engineer in the states of Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as, a professional land surveyor in the state of Florida, and holding his LEED AP certification. We have been proudly serving the Tampa Bay Area in civil engineering and land surveying for 30 years, giving us a unique understanding of the area and first hand knowledge of agencies rules and regulations.
